Blue Skies Glamis

First, the dunes were super ripped up this weekend.  It needed some wind bad and we got none.

Made the best of it though albeit with some drama that is all too typical to a glamis trip these days.  Specifically, the funco, although back from the shop and fixed was anything but.  Decided to go for a night run and busted the rear a arm and had to figure out how to limp out the dunes.  Thankfully, Joe Fab was able to get things fixed and we were able to put it back in the warrior ready for next time…Having a sandcar these days is kinda like having your money in the stock market, every week you take a hit.  $700 worth of welding this time.

It should be noted that the BLM was out in force.  Writing tickets and pulling people over.  One particular incident I watched they were straight dicks.  A ticket is a ticket but you can treat people with respect regardless.

Rode with the wakeskaters from the too hot in glamis post. Ripped some dunes, and a jump.  Skies were blue and the pics came out great.  Here are a few…
